We are currently looking for an EDGAR Operator to join our growing team at Mumbai location. As an EDGAR Operator, you will be converting documents from various formats to EDGAR-compliant format (HTML and/or ASCII), as well as editing documents per client markup or tracked-change word documents. In addition, you will build EDGAR submissions, and test-file submissions with the SEC. Strong compliance (form-type) knowledge is a plus.Work with Edgarizer, EdgarEase, and GoFiler to create, edit, format, and distribute all types of financial documents, earning releases, and correspondence for filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
